Canteen Cleaning in Dubai Marina & JBR: what we plan for
Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence form a high rise waterfront district. Towers line the marina canal, and JBR runs along the beach in six clusters: Sadaf, Shams, Amwaj, Bahar, Murjan and Rimal.
Salt and humidity from the sea mark balcony glass and railings, and wind at height carries fine dust into apartments through balcony doors and AC systems. Retail, restaurants and offices along Marina Walk and The Walk are cleaned before opening or after closing.
Almost every tower requires a work permit from building management, a service lift booking and proof of insurance. Working hours are restricted, and noisy work is not allowed on some days.
