- Schedule around your operation. Work is planned for early mornings, evenings or overnight so staff, customers and tenants are not disturbed.
- Supervised crews with checklists. A named supervisor runs the same uniformed crew each visit against a room by room checklist.
- Audit and reporting. Each visit is photographed. Retained contracts receive a monthly report covering attendance, audits and any corrective actions.

Nursery Cleaning in Dubai Islands: what we plan for
Dubai Islands is Nakheel's group of islands off Dubai's northern coast, near the mouth of Dubai Creek, planned with beaches, marinas, hotels and residential neighbourhoods. Bay Villas brings beachfront, waterfront and garden villas with townhouses and semi detached homes, with handovers expected from 2027.
Open water on every side means salt on glass and outdoor metal, sand blown onto terraces, and high humidity in the warmer months, which makes mould in closed rooms a real risk. Hotels, beach clubs, marinas and retail will be cleaned on schedules agreed with each operator.
Contractor access is arranged through the community and the building teams. Early on, the developer sets the dates for handover inspections.
What your quotation depends on
