What is included

How we carry out staff canteen and cafeteria cleaning
A canteen feeds a large number of people in a short window, so the servery is done first, as soon as the counter closes. Bain marie wells are drained and descaled, tray slides, sneeze screens and counter fronts are washed, and the cupboards below are wiped out. Tables, benches and chair frames are sanitised and the chairs are stacked. The tray return, bin area and water dispensers follow.
