What is included
Kitchen, hood and front of house deep cleaning for restaurants, worked between services. Commercial kitchens are cleaned so they are ready for inspection and safe to work in. We degrease equipment, hoods and floors, and return the kitchen ready for the next service.

How we carry out dishwash area cleaning
The machine is drained and switched off. Curtains, scrap trays, filters and wash arms come out and are descaled in a sink, and the inside of the hood and tank is brushed and rinsed. Sinks, taps and the spray arm are degreased, then descaled. Racking and the tabling on the dirty side are scrubbed along the grain, including the undersides and legs. Wall tiles are foamed and rinsed from the top, and the floor is scrubbed and pulled to the gully with a squeegee. Duckboards and mats are lifted and washed.
This is the wettest, warmest corner of any kitchen. Limescale from hard Dubai water coats the heating elements and blocks the wash arm jets, so plates come out gritty. Food slurry collects under the dirty side tabling and behind the machine, mould grows on the silicone and the ceiling above, and the floor stays slick.
