How we carry out hotel restaurant cleaning
The work is fitted into the gap between the last cover and breakfast setup, or into a planned closure, by arrangement with the hotel. Our crew signs in at security and uses the service lift. Buffet counters come first: sneeze screens, chilled wells, hot plates and the cupboards below are emptied by the stewards, then washed, sanitised and dried. Live cooking stations are degreased cold.
