What is included

How we carry out daily restaurant cleaning
The cleaners arrive once the last table has gone, or before the first delivery, by arrangement. In the kitchen they sweep, then degrease and scrub the floor and squeegee it to the gullies, wipe splashbacks and equipment fronts, and wash the bins. Front of house, tables, chairs and menus are wiped, the floor is vacuumed or mopped with fresh water, and the entrance glass is squeegeed. Washrooms are cleaned and restocked last.
