How we carry out rodent proofing
Rats and mice squeeze through gaps that look far too small for them. In Dubai villas the usual ways in are the openings where AC refrigerant lines, cables and drains pass through walls, gaps under garage and kitchen doors, and loose covers on drainage chambers. Gaps are packed with stainless steel mesh first, because rodents chew straight through sealant and foam on their own, then sealed over with a suitable sealant or mortar.
