How we carry out pre construction termite treatment
Subterranean termites live in the soil across much of Dubai and reach timber through hairline gaps in a slab, along service pipes or behind skirting. On a new villa or an extension, the simplest moment to stop them is before the concrete goes down. Our pest control team agrees the timing with your contractor, usually once the ground is levelled and compacted and the plumbing sleeves are in, so the treated soil is not disturbed by later digging.
The termiticide is applied evenly across the soil under the slab, with extra attention to foundation edges, pipe entries and expansion joints, where termites look for a way in. For an existing home, holes are drilled at intervals along the walls or through the floor beside them, the treatment is injected and the holes are sealed and made good. Each area treated is recorded with the date and what was used. Where the community or developer asks for documentation, we prepare it.
