What is included
A good paint finish is mostly preparation. Dubai walls move with heat, hairline cracks open at ceiling joints, and coastal air and irrigation mark exterior walls within a few seasons. We repair and prime before we paint, apply the system named in your quotation and leave the home clean enough to move straight back into.
- Colour consultation, with sample patches on your walls on request
- Furniture moved, wrapped and returned, with floors covered edge to edge
- Cracks opened, filled and sanded, and stains sealed
- Primer or sealer matched to the substrate
- Two finish coats in the agreed sheen, with clean cut lines at ceilings and trims
- Doors, frames, skirtings and ceilings on request
- Daily clean down and a final clean at handover
- Paint schedule with brand, colour codes and batch numbers
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey, colour and written scope. We measure, test the existing coating and agree colours, sheen and the number of coats. The written quotation names the paint system and the scope.
- Protection. Furniture is moved and wrapped, floors are covered edge to edge, and switches, handles and light fittings are masked or removed.
- Surface preparation. Walls are washed, flaking paint is scraped back, cracks are opened and filled, and everything is sanded flat. Damp or salt affected areas are treated before any paint goes on.
- Primer and finish coats. A sealer or primer suited to the substrate is followed by two finish coats. Wet film thickness is checked on every coat.
- Snagging and handover. We inspect in daylight with you, touch up, clean down and hand over a paint schedule listing brand, colour codes and batch numbers for future touch ups.

Painting Services in Turia, The Views: what we plan for
This is one of the buildings in The Views, set around the lake and canal with the golf course beyond. In towers we work within the building's permitted hours, book the service lift for materials and leave corridors as clean as we found them.
Water side walls stay damp longer, so we check for efflorescence and mould and use breathable, moisture tolerant finishes. Most apartments have been repainted several times, often by different contractors, so walls carry roller marks and patch repairs. We sand flat, fill and prime before two finish coats. Move out painting to the original white is the most common request.
Every building needs a work permit from building management and a service lift booking, which we arrange. Working hours are limited to protect residents.
