What is included
Interior and exterior painting by our own painters, with surfaces properly prepared, furniture fully protected and wet film thickness checked on every coat. A good paint finish is mostly preparation. Dubai walls move with heat, hairline cracks open at ceiling joints, and coastal air and irrigation mark exterior walls within a few seasons. We repair and prime before we paint, apply the system named in your quotation and leave the home clean enough to move straight back into.

How we carry out salon and spa painting
A salon wall carries residues that ordinary house walls do not: hairspray lacquer, colour splashes, wax and massage oil. These are washed off with a degreasing solution, and what has stained the paint is sanded and sealed with a stain blocking primer. Mirrors, backwash basins, styling chairs and retail shelving are wrapped. Walls are finished in a scrubbable low odour acrylic. In spa wet areas and changing rooms a moisture resistant coating is used, and treatment rooms are handed back one at a time.
Humidity is the hard part in a spa. Steam rooms, showers and hot tubs load the air, the AC chills the walls and condensation forms on ceilings, where emulsion soon spots with mould. In a salon the problem is at chair height, where dye and peroxide bleach the paint in splashes. Smell matters too, since guests come to relax. During the site visit we check ventilation in the wet rooms, look at ceilings above the showers, note the lighting around mirrors and agree which rooms can close on which days.
How it works
