What is included
Interior and exterior painting by our own painters, with surfaces properly prepared, furniture fully protected and wet film thickness checked on every coat. A good paint finish is mostly preparation. Dubai walls move with heat, hairline cracks open at ceiling joints, and coastal air and irrigation mark exterior walls within a few seasons. We repair and prime before we paint, apply the system named in your quotation and leave the home clean enough to move straight back into.

How we carry out roof painting
The roof is cleared and swept, washed to remove sand and bird fouling, and left until it is dry right through. Cracks are cut out and filled, blisters in the old coating are opened and patched, and the joint where the slab meets the parapet is reinforced with a strip of fabric bedded in the first coat.
