What is included
Whether you are handing a property back or receiving the keys to a new one, the clean has to pass an inspection. We work to the checklist landlords, agents and developers actually use: inside every cupboard, behind every appliance, every pane of glass and every fitting.
- Inside all cupboards, wardrobes and drawers
- Kitchen appliances pulled out, degreased and cleaned behind
- Bathrooms descaled so chrome and glass pass inspection
- Marks and scuffs removed from walls, doors and switches where the paint allows
- Windows, frames, tracks and balcony glass
- Floors machine scrubbed and grout lines cleaned
- AC grilles and vents wiped down
- Dated photo report you can send to the landlord or agent
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

A typical villa takes a crew of four to six. We begin on the top floor and work down to the garage and terraces, handing each floor back as it is finished.
Indoor outdoor living means terraces, glass and thresholds need as much attention as the rooms inside. We treat algae on stone, clear organic debris from tracks and drains, and check for mould where shade and humidity meet.
There is one gated entrance and contractors are registered with security by the resident. Working hours are limited to keep the community quiet.

How long does move in & move out cleaning take?
Typically 4 to 6 hours for an empty apartment and one day for most empty villas. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.

After. The property should be empty so every cupboard, wall and floor can be reached. We can usually attend the same day the movers finish.

Yes. Many contracts ask for walls to be returned in the original colour. Our painters can repaint before the cleaning crew arrives so both are covered by one quotation.
