What is included
Mattress extraction and sanitisation that removes dust mites and allergens, measured dry before we leave. A mattress collects skin cells, sweat and dust mites that a sheet cannot stop. We extract both sides, treat stains and odours, sanitise with steam and confirm the mattress is dry enough to sleep on the same night.

How we carry out pillow cleaning and sanitising
A pillow is used for eight hours every night, close to the face, and it gathers sweat, skin, hair oil and dust mites faster than any other soft item in the home. Yellow patches show the moisture that has soaked into the filling. The technician checks each pillow's filling and label first, because feather and down, polyester fibre and memory foam all need a different method, and some pillows are simply past saving.
The surface is HEPA vacuumed, then the pillow is sanitised with dry steam or, where the label allows, washed cool at our workshop and dried slowly with airflow until the filling is dry right through. Foam pillows are never soaked; they are vacuumed and steam sanitised only. Pillows are fluffed and returned, and booked often with mattress cleaning so the whole bed is done on the same visit.
How it works

- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
