What is included

How we carry out light fixing and replacement
The breaker for the lighting circuit is switched off, and a tester on the terminals confirms the cable is dead before anyone touches it. The old fitting comes down and the cable ends are looked at closely: brittle insulation or a browned terminal block means the last lamp ran hot.
