What is included
Degreasing of every surface, appliance and cabinet interior, with food contact surfaces ATP tested. Cooking oil travels. It coats the hood, the cabinet tops and the wall behind the cooker, and it holds dust. We strip the grease, clean inside every unit and appliance and test food contact surfaces so the kitchen is hygienically clean and not just shiny.

How we carry out microwave and small appliance cleaning
Small appliances are cleaned one at a time, unplugged and cool. In the microwave a bowl of water with lemon is run first so the steam loosens the splashes on the roof and walls, which are then wiped with a degreaser. The turntable and roller ring come out for washing. Nothing abrasive goes near the cavity paint or the small cover inside the roof, because once that is scratched or soaked the unit can spark. Air fryer baskets are soaked in hot soapy water and cleaned with a soft brush to protect the coating.
Hard desalinated water leaves scale in anything that heats it. Kettles, coffee machines and steam ovens build a white or brown crust that slows them down and flavours the drink. These are descaled with a product and a method the maker allows, following the manual for that model, since some machines have their own descaling programme and some warranties depend on it. Toasters are emptied of crumbs over a bin with the tray out, blenders are taken apart where designed to be, and every outer case is wiped and dried.
