What is included
False ceiling and gypsum works for homes, offices and shops: new ceilings, partitions, light coves, access panels and repairs after leaks. In Dubai the ceiling void carries the AC ducts, drain lines and wiring, so most ceiling damage starts with a leak or with a panel cut open for access. We find and stop the cause first, then frame, board, joint and paint so the repair blends with the ceiling around it.

How we carry out shop and restaurant ceilings
Two different ceilings usually meet in one unit. Over the sales floor or dining room, gypsum is framed from the slab, boarded and painted, often with dropped rafts, slots for track lighting and bulkheads at the shopfront. Over the kitchen and wash up area, a corrosion resistant grid carries vinyl faced or metal tiles that can be lifted out and wiped down. The ceiling follows the AC, kitchen extract and sprinkler first fix, and the hood installer fixes the canopy to the slab before the tiles close around it.
Kitchens punish ceilings. Steam and grease vapour that escape the hood settle on the tiles, and ordinary mineral fibre soaks them up, sags and smells. Above the dining room the risk is condensation, where humid air from a door that opens all day meets cold ductwork. In a mall or a tower, the landlord sets the rules for materials, working times and any alteration to sprinklers or detectors.
