What is included
A flooring company for homes, offices and shops, covering tile, timber, vinyl, SPC, laminate and epoxy floors, plus regrouting and polishing. A floor is only as good as the surface beneath it. Slabs are often uneven, and moisture from a wet area or a ground floor slab will lift timber and vinyl within months. We test the subfloor for level and moisture, prepare it properly and leave expansion gaps sized for a home that swings between summer heat and constant AC.
- Tile type identified, as glazed ceramic cannot be repolished
- Diamond pads worked through progressive grits
- Grout cleaned as the floor is polished
- Sealer applied to stone and grout
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey and diagnosis. A technician inspects the system or surface, takes readings and photographs, and explains what was found in plain language.
- Written quotation. You receive a written quotation against a defined scope before any work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
- Protected, supervised work. The work area is protected and isolated, and the job is carried out by our own technicians under a named supervisor.
- Testing. Every job ends with a measured test suited to the discipline, so the result is a reading and a photograph and not an opinion.
- Report and warranty. The completed report reaches you within the hour. Any failed point is put right free of charge within 48 hours.

Tile Polishing in Emirates Hills: what we plan for
Emirates Hills is a gated community of custom built mansions around the Montgomerie golf course, where plots were sold individually and no two homes are alike. Beside it, The Lakes, The Meadows and The Springs are established villa and townhouse communities set around lakes and landscaped paths.
Golf course and lakeside irrigation keeps ground level humidity higher than the city average, and sprinkler overspray marks boundary walls and glass with mineral deposits. Mature gardens add leaf litter and pollen, and many homes have large areas of natural stone that need the right chemistry. Larger homes run several AC systems, pumps and water features, so we map the equipment on the first visit and service it to a schedule.
Entry is through security gates and contractors are registered in advance by the resident. Exterior work normally needs approval from community management, and working hours are restricted to protect residents.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for tile polishing in Emirates Hills follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size and type of the system or surface
- Present condition and ease of access
- Parts and materials specified
- One visit or a retained contract

Questions about tile polishing in Emirates Hills
What does tile polishing include?
Machine polishing for polished porcelain, terrazzo and natural stone tiles that have lost their shine in walkways and doorways. The work includes tile type identified, as glazed ceramic cannot be repolished; diamond pads worked through progressive grits; grout cleaned as the floor is polished.
How much does tile polishing cost in Emirates Hills?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size and type of the system or surface; present condition and ease of access. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides tile polishing in Emirates Hills?
The MELLS provides tile polishing in Emirates Hills, Dubai. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 55 444 0084.
How long does tile polishing take?
Typically quoted per project, typically 1 to 2 days per room for click flooring and 3 to 7 days for tiling, including curing. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Do you install flooring in Emirates Hills?
Yes. Our own floor layers and tilers work in villas, apartments, offices and shops across Dubai, and the site visit includes a level and moisture check of the existing floor.
Can new flooring go over my existing tiles?
Often, yes. SPC, laminate and vinyl can be laid over sound, level tiles once the grout lines are filled. We check door clearances and thresholds first, because the floor height rises.
Which floor copes best with Dubai heat and humidity?
Porcelain tile and SPC cope best with moisture and temperature swings. Engineered timber performs well in air conditioned rooms when the expansion gaps are right and the AC is not switched off for months.
How do your crews get access to Emirates Hills?
Entry is through security gates and contractors are registered in advance by the resident. Exterior work normally needs approval from community management, and working hours are restricted to protect residents.
Can you work in homes with a house manager or staff?
Yes. The supervisor coordinates directly with your house manager, and the programme is agreed room by room.
How do I choose a company for tile polishing in Emirates Hills?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (a measured test for every job, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
Can you come to Emirates Hills at short notice?
Yes. Crews travel from our Barsha Heights base, and urgent work in Dubai is attended within two hours between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
