What is included
Before the event the house or venue is presented at its best. During it, attendants keep washrooms and floors in order. Afterwards the crew returns everything to normal, usually before morning.
- Pre event presentation clean
- Attendants during the event on request
- Post event waste removal and full clean
- Floors, glass and washrooms restored
- Spill and stain treatment on carpets and upholstery
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Event Cleaning in Saadiyat Island: what we plan for
Saadiyat Island mixes very different homes within a short drive. Saadiyat Beach Villas and Jawaher sit by the golf course, Saadiyat Lagoons and Saadiyat Reserve are newer villa communities further inland, and the beach side has apartment buildings such as Mamsha Al Saadiyat, Saadiyat Beach Residences and the St Regis Residences. Soho Square and Park View are apartment buildings near the Cultural District.
Along the north shore the wind brings salt and fine beach sand onto every terrace. Inland, golf and garden irrigation keeps humidity up around the villas, and open plots still being built on send dust across the newer communities on windy afternoons.
Saadiyat villa communities are gated, so the resident registers our crew with security first. Apartment buildings ask for a work permit and a service lift booking. Anything on the exterior needs the master community's approval; we identify this at the site visit and prepare the paperwork asked for.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for event cleaning in Saadiyat Island follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
