What is included
Cleaning before and after events for private villas, venues and corporate functions, worked overnight when required. Before the event the house or venue is presented at its best. During it, attendants keep washrooms and floors in order. Afterwards the crew returns everything to normal, usually before morning.
- Pre event presentation clean
- Attendants during the event on request
- Post event waste removal and full clean
- Floors, glass and washrooms restored
- Spill and stain treatment on carpets and upholstery
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Private Party Cleaning in Grand Polo Club: what we plan for
Grand Polo Club and Resort by Emaar is a villa and townhouse community in Dubai Investment Park 2, near Expo Road and Emirates Road, built around polo fields, stables and riding trails. Its first clusters, Selvara, Chevalia Fields, Chevalia Estate and Equiterra, are planned for handover from 2029.
Stables, arenas and open fields bring dust, hay and fine sand onto terraces and into AC filters, and irrigated lawns leave mineral marks on glass and boundary walls.
The clusters will be gated. Contractor visits are registered by the owner, and exterior changes need the community's approval.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for private party cleaning in Grand Polo Club follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
- Extras such as sofas, carpets, mattresses, external glass or outdoor areas
