What is included
Cleaning before and after events for private villas, venues and corporate functions, worked overnight when required. Before the event the house or venue is presented at its best. During it, attendants keep washrooms and floors in order. Afterwards the crew returns everything to normal, usually before morning.
- Pre event presentation clean
- Attendants during the event on request
- Post event waste removal and full clean
- Floors, glass and washrooms restored
- Spill and stain treatment on carpets and upholstery
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

VIP Gala Cleaning in Arabian Ranches: what we plan for
Arabian Ranches is one of Dubai's original family villa communities, built around a golf club and the polo and equestrian club. The first phase includes neighbourhoods such as Saheel, Mirador, Palmera, Al Reem, Al Mahra and Hattan, followed by Arabian Ranches II and III.
The community sits on the desert edge, so sand and dust loads are among the highest in the city after a windy day. Garden irrigation stains boundary walls, and the first phase villas are now old enough to need regular upkeep.
Neighbourhoods are gated with security. Contractors are registered by the resident, and exterior changes need community management approval.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for VIP gala cleaning in Arabian Ranches follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
- Extras such as sofas, carpets, mattresses, external glass or outdoor areas

Cleaning, AC servicing and repairs inside the home only need the gate or building pass, which the resident arranges. We prepare the method statement, drawings, insurance and trade licence documents the approval asks for.
How do I choose a company for VIP gala cleaning in Arabian Ranches?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
Can you come to Arabian Ranches at short notice?
Yes. Crews travel from our Barsha Heights base, and urgent work in Dubai is attended within two hours between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
