What is included
Electrician services for homes, offices and shops, covering fault finding, distribution boards, lighting, sockets, rewiring and urgent call outs. Long AC running hours load circuits heavily through the summer, while heat and humidity work on outdoor fittings and loose terminations. Our own electricians test before they change anything and explain the fault in plain terms. Where work may need the utility provider or building approval, that is identified at the site visit and we prepare the paperwork that is asked for.
- Fixing made to the concrete slab, not to the false ceiling
- Scaffold or tower access for high ceilings
- Assembly, crystal dressing and levelling
- Wiring, dimmer compatibility and final test
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey and diagnosis. A technician inspects the system or surface, takes readings and photographs, and explains what was found in plain language.
- Written quotation. You receive a written quotation against a defined scope before any work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
- Protected, supervised work. The work area is protected and isolated, and the job is carried out by our own technicians under a named supervisor.
- Testing. Every job ends with a measured test suited to the discipline, so the result is a reading and a photograph and not an opinion.
- Report and warranty. The completed report reaches you within the hour. Any failed point is put right free of charge within 48 hours.

Chandelier Installation in Khalidiya Towers: what we plan for
Established apartment buildings along Khalidiya's streets, many with shops or offices on the lower floors and a mix of older and newer interiors. In an apartment building we submit the work permit, book the service lift and bring compact equipment that fits it.
Many Khalidiya towers run on central chilled water with a fan coil unit in each room. We clean coils and filters, flush condensate drains and check thermostats, and anything that belongs to the building plant is reported to building management.
Every tower needs a work permit from building management and a service lift booking before a crew can start. Khalidiya Village has gated security, so the resident registers our team ahead of time. What each building asks for is identified at the site visit and we prepare the paperwork.
