What is included
A disinfectant only does its job on a surface that is already clean and stays wet for long enough, which is where a quick spray visit falls short. We clean first, treat touch points by hand, then mist or steam the wider space where the room suits it. In sealed, air conditioned Dubai buildings, shared handles, switches and AC grilles get the closest attention.
- Cleaning of surfaces before any disinfectant is applied
- Hand wiping of handles, switches, taps, rails and remote controls
- Fine mist application for whole rooms and awkward corners
- Dry steam for mattresses, sofas and fabrics that should not be wetted
- Products matched to stone, timber, metal, fabric and electronics
- Contact time observed before a surface is wiped or used
- AC grilles and return air vents wiped down
- Treatment record listing areas, method and time
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Disinfection & Sterilisation in Alva: what we plan for
This is a cluster of townhouses in The Valley, with shared parks and pools close to the homes. We protect the stairs and landings on the way in, work in the one area and leave the rest of the house undisturbed.
The community sits on the open desert, so fine sand reaches terraces, garages and window tracks after any windy day, and AC filters clog faster than in the city.
Clusters are gated. Contractor visits are registered by the resident, and exterior changes need community approval.

Questions about disinfection & sterilisation in Alva
What does disinfection & sterilisation include?
Disinfection service for homes, offices, clinics, nurseries and vehicles, using disinfectants approved for each surface and left for the stated contact time. The work includes cleaning of surfaces before any disinfectant is applied; hand wiping of handles, switches, taps, rails and remote controls; fine mist application for whole rooms and awkward corners.
How much does disinfection & sterilisation cost in Alva, Dubai?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size of the property and number of rooms; condition, and how long since the last deep clean. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides disinfection & sterilisation in Alva, Dubai?
The MELLS provides disinfection & sterilisation in Alva, Dubai. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 58 656 3001.
How long does disinfection & sterilisation take?
Typically 1 to 2 hours for most apartments and 2 to 4 hours for most villas, plus airing time. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Does disinfection guarantee a home free of germs?
No, and we do not promise it. Treatment applies to the surfaces we reach on the day, and they are touched again as soon as the property is back in use, which is why busy sites book a regular round.
Do you offer a disinfection service in Alva, Dubai?
Yes. Teams cover all of Dubai, and urgent requests get a two hour response between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
Is disinfection the same as cleaning?
No. Cleaning removes dirt and disinfection treats the cleaned surface. Dirt shields a surface from the product, so we always clean first.
How do your crews get access to Alva, Dubai?
Clusters are gated. Contractor visits are registered by the resident, and exterior changes need community approval.
Do you work as far out as The Valley?
Yes. Visits are planned by appointment, and the crew brings everything needed, so the work is done in one trip.
How do I choose a company for disinfection & sterilisation in Alva, Dubai?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
Can you come to Alva, Dubai at short notice?
Yes. Crews travel from our Barsha Heights base, and urgent work in Dubai is attended within two hours between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
