What is included
A hand knotted silk rug and a nylon office carpet have nothing in common except that both hold dust. We identify the fibre and construction first, then choose between shampoo, hot water extraction and low moisture methods so colours stay true and the pile recovers.
- Fibre and dye test before cleaning
- Deep vacuum extraction of grit and sand
- Stain and traffic lane pre treatment
- Shampoo or hot water extraction for fitted carpets
- Hand cleaning for silk, wool and antique rugs
- Pile grooming and controlled drying
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Carpet & Rug Cleaning in Leonardo Residences: what we plan for
Tower rules on permits, service lifts and working hours apply even to a short visit, and we arrange all three.
The city is surrounded by open desert, so fine sand blows through the streets and settles on balconies, screens and window ledges. Shaded courtyards stay cooler but slower to dry after washing or rain.
Residential buildings ask for a work permit and a lift booking through management, and townhomes in gated clusters need the resident to register our crew. These are confirmed at the site visit and we prepare the paperwork asked for.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for carpet & rug cleaning in Leonardo Residences, Masdar City follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms

Not when it is cleaned correctly. We use wool safe products, cool water and controlled drying, and we test the dyes first.

Every six months in homes, and every three months in offices or homes with pets and children. Sand is abrasive and wears the pile if it stays in.

Yes. Most buildings ask contractors for a work permit, trade licence, insurance and staff IDs, and a service lift booking. We submit all of it for you.
How often should AC filters be cleaned in a Masdar City apartment?
Desert dust loads filters quickly, so check them every month and book a full service of coils and drains at least twice a year.
How do I choose a company for carpet & rug cleaning in Leonardo Residences, Masdar City?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
