What is included
Carpet and rug cleaning by fibre. Wool, silk, viscose and synthetic each get their own chemistry and drying time. A hand knotted silk rug and a nylon office carpet have nothing in common except that both hold dust. We identify the fibre and construction first, then choose between shampoo, hot water extraction and low moisture methods so colours stay true and the pile recovers.
- Fibre and dye test before cleaning
- Deep vacuum extraction of grit and sand
- Stain and traffic lane pre treatment
- Shampoo or hot water extraction for fitted carpets
- Hand cleaning for silk, wool and antique rugs
- Pile grooming and controlled drying
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Office Carpet Cleaning in Al Maryah Island: what we plan for
Al Maryah Island is the city's financial district, home to the Abu Dhabi Global Market towers and The Galleria. Its homes are high end apartments and penthouses: the Four Seasons Private Residences and Rosewood Residences, both run alongside their hotels, and Al Maryah Vista.
Towers face the channel on most sides, so salt and humidity settle on balconies and glass. Heavy AC use in sealed apartments dries timber and leather, while condensation forms on cold surfaces near the outlets.
Branded residences coordinate every contractor through their management office, and other towers need a work permit and a service lift booking. We confirm the rules at the site visit and prepare the documents each building asks for.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for office carpet cleaning in Al Maryah Island follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
- Extras such as sofas, carpets, mattresses, external glass or outdoor areas

How much does office carpet cleaning cost in Al Maryah Island?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size of the property and number of rooms; condition, and how long since the last deep clean. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides office carpet cleaning in Al Maryah Island?
The MELLS provides office carpet cleaning in Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 58 656 3001.
How long does office carpet cleaning take?
Typically agreed at the site visit and planned around your trading hours. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
How often should carpets be cleaned in Abu Dhabi?
Every six months in homes, and every three months in offices or homes with pets and children. Sand is abrasive and wears the pile if it stays in.
Do you clean rugs at home or take them away?
Most rugs are cleaned at your home. Delicate silk and antique pieces can be collected for a controlled wash and returned.
Will cleaning shrink or fade my wool rug?
Not when it is cleaned correctly. We use wool safe products, cool water and controlled drying, and we test the dyes first.
Do you arrange the building permit in Al Maryah Island?
Yes. Most buildings ask contractors for a work permit, trade licence, insurance and staff IDs, and a service lift booking. We submit all of it for you.
Do you clean apartments with very delicate finishes?
Yes. Every finish is checked and noted before work starts, and the supervisor agrees the products and method with you first.
How do I choose a company for office carpet cleaning in Al Maryah Island?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
How are visits to Al Maryah Island arranged?
Visits in Abu Dhabi are booked by appointment between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday. Call or send the form and we agree the earliest time a supervisor can come to you.
