What is included
Carpenter services for homes, offices and shops: door repairs, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, custom joinery, wall panelling, pergolas and decking. Timber moves in Abu Dhabi. Doors swell in the humid months and shrink under constant AC, hinges pull out of board carcasses, and sun and irrigation water bleach and split outdoor wood. Our carpenters repair what can be repaired, make new pieces to measure and match veneers and finishes as closely as the material allows.
- Hinges and drawer runners replaced
- Swollen or delaminated panels renewed
- Doors realigned and handles changed
- Plinths and end panels refitted
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey and diagnosis. A technician inspects the system or surface, takes readings and photographs, and explains what was found in plain language.
- Written quotation. You receive a written quotation against a defined scope before any work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
- Protected, supervised work. The work area is protected and isolated, and the job is carried out by our own technicians under a named supervisor.
- Testing. Every job ends with a measured test suited to the discipline, so the result is a reading and a photograph and not an opinion.
- Report and warranty. The completed report reaches you within the hour. Any failed point is put right free of charge within 48 hours.

Kitchen Cabinet Repair in Wave Tower: what we plan for
Residential towers facing the Corniche beach, with sea views across the road and balconies that take wind, salt and sand every day. Tower rules on permits, service lifts and working hours apply even to a short visit, and we arrange all three.
Most Corniche towers supply chilled water to fan coil units in each apartment. Coils, trays and filters are cleaned, drain lines flushed and the thermostat checked, so the unit stops dripping onto ceilings and smelling stale.
Every tower on the Corniche needs a work permit from building management and a booked service lift before work starts. Parking for service vans is limited, so loading times are agreed with the building. These rules are identified at the site visit, and we prepare the paperwork the building asks for.

Questions about kitchen cabinet repair in Wave Tower
What does kitchen cabinet repair include?
Restoring kitchen cabinets whose carcasses still have life in them: dropped doors, failed drawer boxes, swollen plinths and water damaged bases under the sink. The work includes hinges and drawer runners replaced; swollen or delaminated panels renewed; doors realigned and handles changed.
How much does kitchen cabinet repair cost in Wave Tower, Corniche Road?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size and type of the system or surface; present condition and ease of access. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides kitchen cabinet repair in Wave Tower, Corniche Road?
The MELLS provides kitchen cabinet repair in Wave Tower, Corniche Road, Abu Dhabi. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 55 444 0084.
How long does kitchen cabinet repair take?
Typically 1 to 4 hours for most repairs, with made to measure joinery quoted per project, typically 1 to 3 weeks. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Can a carpenter visit Wave Tower, Corniche Road for one small repair?
Yes. A single sticking door or a loose hinge is a normal booking for us. We are open from 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday and work across Abu Dhabi.
Can you match my existing wood colour and finish?
We match species, stain and sheen as closely as the material allows and show you a sample before finishing. An exact match to aged or sun faded timber is not always possible, and we tell you that before we start.
Why do my doors stick in summer?
Timber takes in moisture when the air is humid and gives it up when the AC runs for long hours, so it swells and shrinks through the year. Sealing every face of the door, including the top and bottom edges, reduces the movement.
Do you arrange the building permit in Wave Tower, Corniche Road?
Yes. Most buildings ask contractors for a work permit, trade licence, insurance and staff IDs, and a service lift booking. We submit all of it for you.
What days do you work on the Corniche?
Corniche appointments run Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 19:00, subject to the building's own permitted hours for contractors, which we confirm before booking.
How do I choose a company for kitchen cabinet repair in Wave Tower, Corniche Road?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (a measured test for every job, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
How are visits to Wave Tower, Corniche Road arranged?
Visits in Abu Dhabi are booked by appointment between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday. Call or send the form and we agree the earliest time a supervisor can come to you.
