What is included
Limescale, soap scum and mould removed at source, with marble and natural stone protected from acid cleaners. Hard water leaves scale on glass, chrome and tiles within weeks. We descale each surface with the right product, lift mould from silicone and grout, and keep acids well away from marble.

How we carry out shattaf and bidet cleaning
The shattaf is used many times a day and is rarely cleaned beyond a wipe. Hard desalinated water leaves limescale in the spray holes, so the jet turns uneven and sprays sideways, and the trigger and hose collect a film where wet hands hold them. The supervisor checks the angle valve, the hose ends and the head for drips first, since a small leak here runs down the wall behind the toilet unnoticed. The spray head is then soaked in a descaler suited to its finish, for the time the label allows.
Rubber nozzles on most spray heads can be rubbed clear with a thumb or a soft brush once softened, while metal ones are cleared with a fine pick. The hose is wiped from end to end, the holder and trigger are disinfected, and the wall bracket and the tiles behind it are cleaned of splash marks. Free standing bidets get the same care as a toilet bowl, with extra attention to the rim jets and the mixer. Chrome is dried and buffed with microfibre.
