What is included
Limescale, soap scum and mould removed at source, with marble and natural stone protected from acid cleaners. Hard water leaves scale on glass, chrome and tiles within weeks. We descale each surface with the right product, lift mould from silicone and grout, and keep acids well away from marble.

How we carry out bathroom exhaust fan cleaning
In a windowless bathroom the extract fan is the only thing moving steam out. Lint from towels and dust from the room build up on the grille and the impeller blades, and after a year or two a fan can be running loudly while moving very little air. The ceiling and silicone then stay wet after each shower and start to mark. We isolate the fan, take the cover off and wash it, brush and vacuum the impeller blades, and wipe the housing. The duct entry is checked with a torch.
Once it is back together, the supervisor tests the airflow. A sheet of tissue held to the grille shows whether it pulls; a meter gives a reading for the record.
