What is included
Scheduled AC servicing, gas top up and repair by our own AC technicians, with urgent call outs in Abu Dhabi. A serviced AC cools faster, uses less power and fails less often in August. We service, diagnose and repair split, ducted and central systems.
- Thermostat, wiring and control signal tested before replacement
- Power isolated at the breaker before the cover comes off
- New thermostat matched to the unit type and wired
- Set points, fan speeds and modes tested with the unit running
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey and diagnosis. A technician inspects the system or surface, takes readings and photographs, and explains what was found in plain language.
- Written quotation. You receive a written quotation against a defined scope before any work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
- Protected, supervised work. The work area is protected and isolated, and the job is carried out by our own technicians under a named supervisor.
- Testing. Every job ends with a measured test suited to the discipline, so the result is a reading and a photograph and not an opinion.
- Report and warranty. The completed report reaches you within the hour. Any failed point is put right free of charge within 48 hours.

AC Thermostat Replacement in Sas Al Nakhl Village: what we plan for
Sas Al Nakhl Village is a gated community of three, four and five bedroom villas near the junction of the Al Ain road and the main coastal highway, close to the Abu Dhabi Golf Club. It opened around 2010 and is built around a central clubhouse with pools, courts and a gym. Each villa has an open garden, two parking spaces, and maid's and driver's rooms with their own entrance.
Highway traffic and open land nearby leave a grey film on glass and push sand into the garden side tracks. Mature trees drop leaves and sap onto terraces, and summer humidity collects in the driver's and maid's rooms, which are often shut for long periods. Older AC units here benefit from a coil wash and a check of the refrigerant and drain lines. Water heaters are descaled and their safety valves tested.
The village is gated, so the resident registers our crew at security in advance. Changes to the outside of a villa may need the agreement of community management. We identify that at the site visit and prepare the paperwork they ask for.
