What is included

How we carry out central AC cleaning
In most towers the cooling arrives as chilled water from a plant the building runs. Inside the apartment, each room or zone has a fan coil unit above the false ceiling that blows air across a cold coil and down short ducts to the diffusers. We open each unit at its access panel, wash the filter, clean the coil with coil cleaner and a low pressure rinse, clean the blower wheel and flush the drain line.
