What is included

How we carry out warehouse AC cleaning
Most cooled warehouses use large packaged units on the roof or at ground level outside, feeding round or rectangular ducts hung from the roof steel. We close one aisle at a time, sheet the racking below and go up on a scissor lift. The outside of the duct is vacuumed with a HEPA vacuum, the grilles or jet nozzles are removed and washed, and the inside is brushed towards a collector connected at the end of the run. At the units, filters are changed like for like or washed, and the coils are cleaned and rinsed.
Loading doors do the damage. Each time a dock door opens, hot air and fine sand come straight in, and forklift traffic keeps the dust in the air until the return grilles pull it up. Filters that would last a season in an office choke in weeks, and a choked filter starves the coil until it ices. The outdoor coils sit in full sun and clog with sand as well.
